The Full Rig

Shop it by kit.

Six kits, in the order I'd buy them. Backups are marked: those are the spares that keep one dead cable from ending the night.

Want the whole thing? Every core piece on Amazon, in one cart.

The Decks

What I play on, and the backups that save the night when something dies.

Sound + Mics

Two speakers that fill a reception, and mics that never cut out on a toast.

The Look

Clean white booth, lights on poles, color on the walls. This is what couples see.

Power, Cables + Bags

The boring stuff that decides whether you're set up in 45 minutes or 90.

Why This Setup

Three rules. Hundreds of gigs.

  1. Buy the proven setupOne controller, two speakers, a wireless mic and clean lights. Nothing fancy you'll have to troubleshoot at 9pm.
  2. Double what ends the nightController power, laptop power, the USB cable, the mic. If one failure stops the music, I carry two.
  3. Add extras when bookings pay for themA sub, speaker covers, a power station. Nice to have, never what makes or breaks a wedding.

How it all connects.

The wiring and power plan I use at every wedding. One strip at the booth, short runs, nothing a guest can kick loose.

Wiring diagram: MacBook to REV7 by USB, REV7 master XLR to two Alto TS412 speakers, wireless receiver into Mic 1, wired mic into Mic 2, booth out to an extra speaker
Signal: laptop to the REV7, the REV7 to both speakers, both mics in.
Power diagram: wall outlet to a 20 ft surge strip at the booth feeding the decks, laptop, mic receiver, light bar and both speaker poles
Power: one 20 ft strip at the booth feeds everything.
