  1. Early afternoon: setupSound and lighting in and tested hours before the first guest walks in.
  2. 5:30: ceremonyProcessional, vows and recessional, timed so every entrance lands on cue.
  3. 6:30: grand entranceThe couple introduced into the reception, then toasts, cake and the parent dances.
  4. 10:45: last songA full dance floor until the last song, then packed up and out by 11.
